What we can help with
- Ingredients and amounts. Anything on the label, and anything behind it. If we do not know something, we will say so rather than guess.
- Feeding. Two chews a day, the same for every dog whatever their size. Full detail on the FAQ.
- Orders. Order number, delivery, refunds. Your order number is in your confirmation email.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give veterinary or medical advice. If your dog has a specific health concern, is on medication, is pregnant or nursing, please speak to your veterinarian — they know your dog and we do not. We are happy to talk through ingredients and amounts so you have something concrete to bring to that conversation.
