Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through caniswell.com, operated by CanisWell LLC. By completing a purchase you agree to them. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes or duties applied at checkout. We try to keep product descriptions, amounts and prices accurate, but errors happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price.

Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order and dispatch it, not when payment is authorised. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, if we cannot ship to the address given, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, you are refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store full card details.

Subscriptions

We do not currently offer a subscription. If we introduce one, the billing cadence, the price, and how to skip or cancel will be stated clearly at checkout before you agree to anything, and these terms will be updated first.

Shipping and risk

We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays, weather and holidays can affect them. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with a photo and we will replace or refund it.

Refunds

If your dog will not eat it, contact support@caniswell.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you. You do not need to send the jar back. Full detail is in our Refund Policy.

Supplement notice

CanisWell™ products are supplements for supplemental feeding to dogs only. They are not medications. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Consult your veterinarian before use, particularly if your dog is pregnant, nursing, taking medication or has a diagnosed condition. Individual results vary.
