Shipping policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for certain carrier services. If your address cannot be serviced, we'll contact you before shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons can affect delivery times.
Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-order items ship on or around the estimated date shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available, unless you request otherwise.
We'll email you if a pre-order date changes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your building's mail area first, then contact us at support@caniswell.com. We'll help open a carrier investigation.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
