Track My Order

Your tracking link is in your shipping email. As soon as an order leaves the warehouse, CanisWell™ sends a confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier.

Where to find your order number

It is at the top of your order confirmation email, and again in your shipping email. It starts with a hash, like #1001.

If you cannot find the email

Check your spam or promotions folder first — that is where it usually is. If it is not there, email support@caniswell.com with the name and email address used on the order, and we will find it and send the tracking link across.

A note while we are pre-launch

CanisWell has not shipped its first order yet. Our first production run is in progress. If you are on the waiting list, the email you are looking for has not been sent yet — nothing has gone missing.
